1. PREAMBLE
The purpose of these conditions is to govern the contractual relationship between, on the one hand, the company DESIGN BY RHINO - STEPHANE GARINO EIRL,

Hereinafter referred to as "DESIGN BY RHINO" being the Contractor.

And, on the other hand, the Customer wishing to make a purchase via the Design by Rhino website https://designbyrhino.fr hereinafter referred to as the "Customer" being the User and accepting the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
All other conditions only bind the company DESIGN BY RHINO after written confirmation from it. The information appearing on the www.designbyrhino.fr site may be modified by the company DESIGN BY RHINO without notice. The sole fact of placing an order on the site implies the unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
1.1 The designbyrhino.fr website is operated by the company DESIGN BY RHINO
Any order validated by the Customer on the designbyrhino.fr site implies the prior acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
The parties agree that these conditions of sale, available on the day of purchase, exclusively govern their relationship. These conditions aim to define the terms of sale between DESIGN BY RHINO and the user of the www.designbyrhino.fr site, from placing an order to after-sales services, including payment and delivery. Any contrary confirmation by the user referring to their own general business conditions is not applicable.
Conditions subject to derogation are only valid if the company DESIGN BY RHINO has confirmed them beforehand. The same applies to any additional stipulation or written agreement to the contract.
DESIGN BY RHINO personnel are not authorized to accept additional agreements or modifications to these general conditions of sale. Only the manager or director of the company DESIGN BY RHINO is authorized to do so.
1.2 Reciprocal obligations
These general conditions of sale are written in French and express the obligations and rights of the Customer and DESIGN BY RHINO.
DESIGN BY RHINO reciprocally undertakes to respect the obligations incumbent upon it within the framework of these presents.
2. GENERALITIES
2.1 Conclusion of the contract
By clicking on the validated button, the result of the order process marks the conclusion of the contract between the Customer and DESIGN BY RHINO. In accordance with law n°2000-230 of March 13, 2000 and law n°2004-575 on trust for the digital economy of June 21, 2004, any validated order form constitutes an irrevocable acceptance similar to a handwritten signature which can only be called into question within the limits provided for in these general conditions.
However, the order is only considered firm and final upon its full payment.
2.2 Duration of the contract
The general conditions of sale are concluded for the period necessary for the supply of the subscribed products and services, until the delivery date initially planned when ordering.
2.3 Probative document
Contractual information concerning the order will be confirmed by email. DESIGN BY RHINO recommends that the Customer save their order confirmation email or print it. Indeed, these documents will be considered as legal proof of communications, orders and payments made between the parties, the archiving of order forms and invoices in DESIGN BY RHINO's computer systems.
3. PRODUCTS
3.1 Description and information on products
The products offered by DESIGN BY RHINO comply with the French legislation in force and the standards applicable in France.
DESIGN BY RHINO strives to present the essential characteristics of the products as clearly as possible on the product sheets. The information presented by DESIGN BY RHINO has been communicated by its suppliers. The descriptions (Photographs, texts, graphics, information and characteristics) illustrating the products presented are indicative. In the product visuals, the photos are not contractual. Most of our photos are a montage allowing the Customer to see the position of the personalization. The color may vary from one screen to another. For sticker-type items, the Customer must refer to the dimensions given; the visuals are only dedicated to the appearance or colors of the product and do not represent the size of the sticker when choosing the dimension. Only the indicated sizes and colors attest to the integrity of the item.
In the event of a description error (Photographs, texts, graphics, information or characteristics) on a product, DESIGN BY RHINO cannot be held liable.
In the event of a description error, the Customer will not automatically obtain the right to return the product with reimbursement of shipping costs: it will indeed be up to DESIGN BY RHINO to judge whether this error justifies the reimbursement of the shipping costs paid by the Customer.
3.2 Intellectual properties of the products
The products offered by DESIGN BY RHINO in texts and logos are generally transformed into graphic creations and may come from a protected brand. If you are the owner of a logo present on the www.designbyrhino.fr site and you wish it to no longer appear there, you have the possibility of requesting the removal of the images of the products concerned from the site. Your request must be made by email to the following address: [email protected] DESIGN BY RHINO will immediately remove the images concerned from its site.
3.2 Product availability
DESIGN BY RHINO undertakes to fulfill orders received within the limit of stocks available from its suppliers.
In the absence of product availability, DESIGN BY RHINO cannot be held liable, nor give rise to damages for the Customer. On the other hand, DESIGN BY RHINO undertakes to inform the Customer as quickly as possible and to offer them a similar product at the same price and characteristic level, a refund or a credit note on the entire catalog.
If the Customer opts for a refund, DESIGN BY RHINO undertakes to refund the Customer within 30 days from the date on which DESIGN BY RHINO informed the Customer of the unavailability of the product.
4. PRICES
4.1 Description and indication
Exempt from registration in the trade and companies register (RCS) for carrying out a commercial activity (Law n°2009-1674 of December 30, 2009 - art. 67) Prices are indicated in euros excluding taxes. V.A.T (Value added tax) not applicable art. 293 B of the CGI. Prices are by default displayed net to be paid.
These prices are understood to exclude flat-rate participation in processing costs (Shipping, packaging and package preparation according to current amounts). However, prices cannot be modified once the Customer's order has been validated.
Likewise, if one or more taxes or contributions, particularly environmental ones, were to be created or modified, upwards or downwards, this change could be passed on to the selling price of the items present on the DESIGN BY RHINO site and sales documents.
The prices indicated on the site are guaranteed for the duration of their posting online.
The user must also pay a flat rate corresponding to participation in order processing costs (Unless they benefit from a special offer exempting them), the amount of which will be specified on the order form before validation of the latter. This participation depends on the products ordered.
4.2 Composition and validity
The prices of products sold on the www.designbyrhino.fr site are indicated in Euros Excluding Taxes, excluding shipping, guarantee, and ancillary service costs and are valid as long as they are present on the product descriptive sheet. If the price of the same product is incorrect on another location of the site (for example on the home page) or in the newsletter, the price indicated on the descriptive sheet is deemed correct.
5. QUANTITY
DESIGN BY RHINO offers its products subject to stock availability from its suppliers. This implies reserving products with suppliers. Prices are decreasing depending on the quantities ordered.
6. PERSONALIZATION
6.1 Mock-up and print approval for personalized items
Upon validation of the order, the www.designbyrhino.fr site offers to send a BAT (mock-up) type visual by e-mail. This document is intended to validate the characteristics of the personalization (Placements, dimensions, and colors on the item...). Dimensions are rounded and may be adapted to comply with the product visual. The proportions of an image, logo, text will be respected. If a point remains imprecise on the document, it is up to the Customer to request clarification on the subject. The Customer has the possibility of providing additional information in the "Useful remarks for your personalization" field, such as the pantone numbers of the colors so that the DESIGN BY RHINO Designer can select the correct flex, ink or thread color, the precise dimensions desired in centimeters... The Customer must verify the conformity of their logo as well as the spelling. The company DESIGN BY RHINO declines all responsibility for errors or omissions. The mock-up established by the site must be returned by email duly completed, dated and signed for validation, and it will be equivalent to a green light for the start of manufacturing.
6.2 Rendering of personalization
In the personalization visual, the photos of the products are not contractual, the color may vary from one screen to another. Marking areas are traced on these drawings to allow you to create your personalization.
The company DESIGN BY RHINO undertakes to do everything possible to achieve the personalization of items to the best of what is technically feasible according to the chosen technique. It should be noted that the rendering of a print or embroidery on textile or object will necessarily differ from the rendering of a reproduction on paper or on screen of the same logo, without the quality of the work produced being questioned.
6.3 Personalized prototype
When confirming an order with personalization, the Customer may request, subject to additional costs, the production of an ordered item for validation before carrying out the rest of their order. In the event that the Customer does not request the production of a prototype, the company DESIGN BY RHINO will not be able to accept any complaints.
6.4 Right and refusal of execution
The Customer remains solely responsible for the texts, logos and images they have selected. The fact that DESIGN BY RHINO carries out the personalizations according to the Customer's choices cannot under any circumstances engage DESIGN BY RHINO's liability for the nature of the texts, logos and images.
DESIGN BY RHINO reserves the right to refuse the execution of an order, insofar as the texts, logos, images that the Customer wishes to affix to the articles are contrary to the laws in force on French territory, such as for example incitement to racial hatred, violence, xenophobia, advertising for cigarettes or alcohol,... In this case, DESIGN BY RHINO may offer the Customer a refund of their order or may ask the Customer to modify the texts, logos or images contravening the laws in force.
The Customer must comply with French and international intellectual and commercial property rights for brands and logos, and verify that they hold the rights to have any text or logo of a brand they intend to have reproduced by DESIGN BY RHINO. The contractor, the company DESIGN BY RHINO cannot be in a position to verify for each order whether the texts and logos come from a brand and are protected and whether the Customer holds the rights to have the texts and logos reproduced.
7. ORDER
7.1 Capacity
Orders are placed on the www.designbyrhino.fr site. The Customer has the possibility of transmitting by telephone on 06 16 25 07 92 or [email protected], their billing address, delivery address, and details of their order to help finalize their order online.
Any order implies acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale. Any dispute on this point will occur within the framework of an possible exchange and the guarantees mentioned below.
The user has the possibility of modifying their basket before the final validation, this step formalizing the sales contract between DESIGN BY RHINO and the Customer.
The company DESIGN BY RHINO undertakes to fulfill orders received on the Internet site only within the limit of available product stocks.
In certain cases, particularly default in payment, incorrect address or other problem on the user's account, DESIGN BY RHINO reserves the right to block the user's order until the problem is resolved.
For any question relating to the monitoring of your order, please call 09 81 61 74 21 (cost of a local call from a landline) Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. When placing the Order, the Customer guarantees having full legal capacity to adhere to these general conditions and thus conclude this contract.
The Customer guarantees that they are fully authorized to use the payment card as well as the bank account they use and that these give access to sufficient funds to cover all the costs necessary for the payment of the order.
In the event of rejection of the payment method, the company DESIGN BY RHINO will be entitled to deduct from the reimbursement the costs linked to the payment method levied by its bank. Concerning technical costs, mock-up costs, merchandise supply costs, supplier return costs... that it incurred. The amount of these costs is then flat-rate counted at 20% of the Total amount of the order paid by the Customer, excluding bank charges, and discounts, reduction codes previously linked to the item.
7.2 Personal information
When ordering, the Customer agrees to provide the information requested and guarantees the veracity of the latter:
1. First and last name
2. Address
3. Telephone
4. Email address
5. Type of payment card, card number and card expiration date.
Any Customer validly registered on the www.designbyrhino.fr site will be bound by any order which required the use of the said Customer's email address and personal password (subject to the rights of withdrawal and return defined herein).
The Customer must verify all the information entered during the order (ordered product, delivery address, billing address, telephone details...).
DESIGN BY RHINO cannot be held responsible for possible entry errors and the consequences in terms of delay or delivery error. Thus, if delivery cannot take place due to an entry error by the Customer, the re-shipment costs will be borne by the Customer and the delivery times will be severely delayed.
7.3 Confirmation and sending email
DESIGN BY RHINO will send a confirmation email after validation of the order to summarize the contractual information.
When the Customer's order is then validated by DESIGN BY RHINO, according to the payment validation procedures described below, the Customer is then notified by email of the shipment of their order.
7.4 Order processing
Orders are processed in the order in which they are actually received.
DESIGN BY RHINO undertakes to process all orders, within the limits of available stocks.
In the event of unavailability of the ordered product, particularly due to the Sellers, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the possibility of canceling their order.
The Customer may then request a refund of the amount of the sums paid.
DESIGN BY RHINO will make every effort to reimburse the Customer within 30 days from the date of unavailability.
Deliveries are only made according to availability and in the order of arrival of orders and may be made globally or partially.
Nevertheless, DESIGN BY RHINO wishes to inform its Customers that in the event of an order for various items, it is possible that DESIGN BY RHINO sends each of the items in separate packages due to its logistical procedure, which may result in payment of shipping costs for each of the packages received.
7.5 Non-execution of the order
DESIGN BY RHINO cannot be held liable for the non-execution of the contract in the event of stock shortage or unavailability of the product, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, particularly of postal services and means of transport, communications, flood, fire, and in the event of manifest error.
DESIGN BY RHINO cannot be held responsible, towards a Customer or a third party, for any indirect damage, any loss of profit or turnover, occurring in any way whatsoever, even if this damage or this loss or this prejudice was foreseeable by DESIGN BY RHINO, or if its eventuality had been brought to its attention.
7.6 Withdrawal, Cancellation, Return of the order
In accordance with the provisions of article L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, any non-personalized product may be returned to DESIGN BY RHINO under the right of withdrawal. The Customer has a period of 14 calendar days (all days of the year are counted) to indicate their wish to withdraw. The period runs from the day after receipt of the goods or, for services, from the conclusion of the order. If this period expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the next working day.
In accordance with the provisions of article L221-28, 2° of the Consumer Code, in the context of subscribing to a service provision or supply, the Customer has a withdrawal period of 7 clear days, without penalty, but from the validation of the offer. Any right of withdrawal of the Buyer will be excluded from the moment DESIGN BY RHINO's service provision work has begun with the Customer's agreement.
In accordance with the provisions of article L221-28, 3° of the Consumer Code, the personalization of products by DESIGN BY RHINO is analyzed as a supply of goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, depriving the consumer of their right of withdrawal. DESIGN BY RHINO is an EIRL whose head office is established at the manager's home, the activity considered does not lead to receiving customers or goods, Design BY RHINO has no stock of personalized items. The manufactured articles including markings, flocking, prints or embroidery are considered personalized upon receipt of the Customer order. The markings, flocking, prints and embroidery of the items are therefore carried out upon receipt of a unique or grouped supplier order. The manufactured articles are considered personalized and are therefore not subject to our return and exchange policy. By accepting the launch of manufacturing, the Customer recognizes losing their right of withdrawal from the start of execution of the manufacturing.
In the event of cancellation, the company DESIGN BY RHINO will be entitled to deduct from the reimbursement the costs linked to the payment method levied by its bank. Concerning technical costs, mock-up costs, merchandise supply costs, supplier return costs... that it incurred. The amount of these costs is then flat-rate counted at 20% of the Total amount of the order paid by the Customer, excluding bank charges, and discounts, reduction codes previously linked to the item.
7.6.1 – The Customer must verify the contractual conformity of the delivered goods, as well as the intermediate results, print approvals, mock-ups, etc. which were sent to them to be corrected and validated.
The risk of any error falls to the Customer from the moment they validated the documents which were sent to them by the company DESIGN BY RHINO and/or the www.designbyrhino.fr site.
7.6.2 – In the event of defects or faults, the Customer must prove their existence in order to make a declaration to the company DESIGN BY RHINO. The action for legal guarantee against hidden defects must be exercised with DESIGN BY RHINO by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. This letter must be accompanied by supporting documents: delivery note, photo... Once the hidden defect has been demonstrated, the Customer may obtain replacement or cancellation of the order, or a reduction in price if they wish to keep the item. In the event of return of the order, DESIGN BY RHINO covers standard shipping costs in the form of sending files, so that the Customer can print the prepaid shipping slip necessary for the returned merchandise.
7.6.3 – Any return must be discussed beforehand with DESIGN BY RHINO. Any merchandise returned with postage due will not be accepted.
7.6.4 – The fact that one or more items of the merchandise present a defect does not authorize the Customer to claim reimbursement of their order. In this case, the company DESIGN BY RHINO must offer replacement, or reimbursement of the defective items, or a price reduction if they wish to keep the goods.
7.6.5 - For a product considered "personalized" or "Item made, manufactured, produced to order", this is not subject to our return and exchange policy, nor to the right of withdrawal, in accordance with the provisions of article L221-28, 3° of the Consumer Code.
In certain cases of "Items made and produced to order", DESIGN BY RHINO reserves the right and discretion to allow the Customer to benefit from its commercial guarantee, if the item can quickly find a buyer. DESIGN BY RHINO may authorize the exchange of the item and the Customer will bear the return costs, and will be liable for restocking fees of 20% of the unit price of the item, excluding discounts and reduction codes previously linked to the article.
7.6.6 - For the return of a non-personalized product, the Customer will bear the costs of returning the merchandise. The online buyer, like any VPC consumer, has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day after they come into possession of the goods or accept the offer for a service, without justification, or payment of penalties on their part.
Terms and duties of the Customer in the event of withdrawal:
• For non-personalized products, withdrawal must be notified within 14 days after receipt of the order.
• The Customer must communicate their decision in writing or by telephone; their request must be confirmed by email to the following address: [email protected]. DESIGN BY RHINO must acknowledge receipt and validate the withdrawal request by return email to the Customer before any product return.
• The product must be returned within 14 days of validation of the withdrawal request, preferably in its original packaging to preserve the integrity of the product.
• The Customer must respect as much as possible the return procedures provided by DESIGN BY RHINO (obtaining a return number, choice of carrier, etc.)
• Return costs are borne by the Customer.
• If the handling of the product was not limited to a simple fitting as in a store, and it is returned damaged, the customer must then compensate the merchant according to the depreciation set by the latter.
Legal Guarantee of the Customer in the event of withdrawal:
• According to the GTU, the Customer is informed of their right of withdrawal on non-personalized products.
• The terms and duties of the Customer in the event of withdrawal from these GTU serve as a withdrawal form.
• In the event of withdrawal, DESIGN BY RHINO must acknowledge receipt and validate the withdrawal request by return email to the Customer before any product return.
• DESIGN BY RHINO must reimburse the order in its entirety (standard shipping costs included).
• Reimbursement will be made within 14 days, upon receipt and verification of the perfect condition of the returned product.
• Reimbursement will be established according to the payment method previously made by the Customer during their order.
Commercial Guarantee of the Customer in the event of withdrawal, return for exchange:
• If the Customer does not wish to be reimbursed for their order, they can benefit from a credit note valid for their next purchase; this credit note will be generated and created in their customer area, or generated in the form of a reduction code for the amount of their initial order.
• In the case of a return for exchange of a non-personalized product, the Customer bears, in addition to the return costs, the costs of sending the replaced item to the address of their initial order.
• In the case of the costs of sending the replaced item, the Customer has the possibility of taking responsibility for editing the shipping slip themselves and sending it to DESIGN BY RHINO as an attachment by email to the following address: [email protected]. Or choose to order a supplementary shipping service for order replacement which will be indicated to them by a complementary order link.
7.6.7 - Sizes must be verified in the item description and attached documents.
If necessary, contact us before the order is manufactured, but in no case can DESIGN BY RHINO be held responsible for the Customer's decisive choice.
Personalized items are not subject to our return and exchange policy.
Upon request during the order, the Customer can ask DESIGN BY RHINO to ship the item to them without personalization and markings. This allows them to try on the item and return it for the manufacturing of the validated personalization. The Customer can validate the size that suits them.
A supplementary order linked to a second shipment must be paid by the Customer before the item is sent for fitting. The Customer will bear the costs of returning the item for the creation of the markings.
7.7 Promotional Codes
Certain items are eligible for a reduction of €10.00 to €20.00 in the basket with the codes 12DAY - 10DUO
Offer not cumulative, for the simultaneous purchase of key shells and/or eligible clothing. Your order will be prepared and shipped according to the longest delay indicated on the items.
Item eligible for the €10.00 reduction in the basket with the code 12DAY
This is a €10 discount; if you are not in a hurry, your order will be shipped after 12 working days.
Offer not cumulative; your order will be prepared and shipped after 12 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday or public holiday or non-working day). The period runs from the day after confirmation of the Customer order or, for services, from the conclusion of the order. If this period expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the next working day.
Item eligible for the €10.00 reduction in the basket with the code 12DUO
This is a €10 discount, for the simultaneous purchase of key shells and/or eligible clothing which include this offer.
8. ORDER VALIDATION
8.1 Purpose
Payment validation by DESIGN BY RHINO Services allows the package to be shipped to the user.
8.2 Conditions
Certain validations will be done directly, i.e. without prior verification procedure.
However, in order to limit the risks of fraud and thus protect the interests of its Customers, DESIGN BY RHINO is sometimes required to carry out checks relating to the validity of payments made by bank card on the site.
The Customer is then notified by email of the supporting documents (a legible front/back photocopy of an identity document and proof of address) to send in order to obtain final validation of their order.
At the end of this possible check:
- DESIGN BY RHINO reserves the right to accept the order, and a fortiori to validate the payment.
- DESIGN BY RHINO may, in the event of non-receipt of these supporting documents within 48 hours, refuse to validate the payment.
- DESIGN BY RHINO may, in the event of receipt of documents deemed non-compliant, proceed with reimbursement of the said order by crediting the bank account which was debited during the order.
If the check cannot take place within 48 hours following the date of the order due to the fault of the Customer, the order cannot be honored and will be canceled by DESIGN BY RHINO which reserves the right to request the said documents to obtain reimbursement of the order.
9. PAYMENT
9.1 Payment security
For transaction security, DESIGN BY RHINO uses the services of its partners Paypal and Stripe. The Customer's bank details are encrypted and then transmitted securely to the servers. This procedure is managed by SSL encryption technology and protection by the 3D-Secure protocol, the most widely used and most effective in the world. Once the Customer's payment is validated, the data is destroyed and does not remain on their servers. This is why DESIGN BY RHINO asks its Customers for the bank card number again with each new order. Its partner Stripe also offers to register the Customer's bank cards (for subsequent one-click payments), in which case only the cryptogram will need to be entered during the transaction.
9.2 Payment methods
Only payments by bank card, PayPal, check and bank transfer are offered. The order will be validated upon receipt of payment.
- Payment by bank card
The Customer has the possibility of paying for the order online by bank card, Carte Bleue, VISA, Eurocard / Mastercard. The Customer is required to provide the type of their payment card (Carte Bleue, VISA card, etc.), the payment card number, the expiration date and the cryptogram. It guarantees that it is fully authorized to use the said card, that the card gives access to sufficient funds to cover all the costs resulting from the order of DESIGN BY RHINO products.
- Payment by bank transfer
The Customer has the possibility of paying for their order online by bank transfer, to the account of the company DESIGN BY RHINO. In this case, it is imperative that the order number communicated by the DESIGN BY RHINO site appears in the transfer order to link the user's payment to their order.

9.3 Default of payment
DESIGN BY RHINO reserves the right to suspend or close the account of a Customer who violates the provisions of these general conditions.
Any person whose account has been suspended or closed may not order on the www.designbyrhino.fr site without the prior authorization of DESIGN BY RHINO services.
DESIGN BY RHINO notably reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honor an order from a Customer who has not fully paid a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is currently being administered.
10. DELIVERY & DEADLINE
10.1 Place of delivery
The products will necessarily be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when entering the information during the order. This is why DESIGN BY RHINO asks the Customer to ensure the accuracy of the information they have provided for the delivery of their order.
Product collection is not offered, unless otherwise indicated on the product descriptive sheet present on the website. Customers who go to the Head Office would under no circumstances be able to collect their product.
DESIGN BY RHINO ships its orders in mainland France as well as in the DOM-TOM and Corsica, regardless of the product, as well as to Europe and international countries.

10.2 Delivery method and deadline
Delivery is guaranteed up to the total value of the order.
Delivery times are based on the longest estimated delivery time indicated on the products ordered.
Delivery times vary depending on the product, the delivery method chosen, and the destination.
DESIGN BY RHINO undertakes to do everything possible to respect the delivery times indicated on the site.
The Customer can check the delivery method based on the Total amount of their order; certain delivery methods are applied depending on the value of the items.
DESIGN BY RHINO is fully liable to the Customer for the proper execution of its obligations. It is responsible for bearing the transport risks. Therefore DESIGN BY RHINO is responsible for insuring and guaranteeing the delivery of its orders. The delivery methods offered are valued by these said guarantees.
Not to be competitive, but for purchasing power reasons, DESIGN BY RHINO offers delivery of its "Sticker" type items by Tracked Letter. It should be noted that:
- For delivery by Tracked Letter, no compensation in the event of loss or damage, therefore the Customer is left with the choice of the appropriate delivery method for the total value of their order. This while knowing that whatever their choice, their order will remain fully guaranteed for its value until delivery.
The same applies to delivery by Colissimo without signature:
- For delivery by Colissimo without signature, flat-rate compensation up to €23 per kilo depending on the mass indicated on the shipping slip validated by La Poste.
- For delivery by economical Colissimo Overseas (maritime colissimo), if the Customer is not in a hurry, choosing this method is an economical solution. Compensation of €23 per kilo in the event of loss or damage and delivery to the recipient's mailbox (without signature) if its size allows it.
- For delivery by Colissimo with signature and...
- For Colissimo Pickup Point delivery, a widget is displayed when choosing this delivery method and allows you to choose the desired pickup point; it offers a wide choice of delivery to a Post office, relay point or Pickup locker. The recommendation rate for this delivery method is R1, which corresponds to an Ad Valorem insurance of €150 of the Customer order. To collect their package, the Customer will be notified of their delivery, and they can go to the local point with a piece of identity and their best smile to collect their package.
- For delivery by Registered Letter, two levels of recommendation are provided, R1 and R2, corresponding to compensation of €16 and €153. This while knowing that whatever the Customer's choice, their order will remain fully guaranteed for its value until delivery.
- For delivery by International Registered Small Packet R2, flat-rate compensation up to €150. If the Total amount of the order including shipping costs exceeds the recommendation rate, the Customer may choose a higher offer offered in Colissimo.
If the Customer cannot be present on the day of delivery, a delivery notice is left in the Customer's mailbox. If no delivery notice is left, it is up to the Customer to track their package from their Customer area.
Package delivery to the mailbox at the address indicated by the sender, or according to any other distribution method agreed between La Poste and the recipient. The recording of distribution information by La Poste's information system constitutes proof of it. No signature is collected.

The rules for delivery to the recipient's mailbox are set by La Poste. In the event of unsuccessful delivery, an attempt is made to deliver to the intended recipient or a representative, or a delivery notice is left. The General Conditions of Sale applicable to La Poste's mail-parcel services specify the terms.
In the event of non-receipt of the package, DESIGN BY RHINO will make every effort to reimburse (excluding shipping costs) the Customer within 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned product. In the event of exceeding this period for reasons beyond its control, force majeure, foreseeable and insurmountable fact, DESIGN BY RHINO cannot be prosecuted by the Customer. The Customer can check the tracking of their package on their Customer area.
If the Customer decides to proceed with a new delivery, this is at their expense and must be paid before reshipment by contacting Customer Service.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that the Customer group all their items in a single order. We cannot group two separately placed orders and shipping costs apply to each of them. Their package is shipped at our own risk, but particular attention is paid to fragile items.
The dimensions of the Customers' mailboxes must be appropriate, comply with standards and have water protection. Items shipped by DESIGN BY RHINO are properly protected.
10.3 Delivery by carrier
Certain deliveries by carrier are subject to an appointment made by the carrier with the Customer.
In the event of absence, a new delivery date is set, and if the Customer does not respond, a message is left at the address indicated during the order. After 15 days, if the Customer has not responded to the carrier, the package will be automatically returned to us.
In the event of non-receipt of the package, DESIGN BY RHINO will make every effort to reimburse (excluding shipping costs) the Customer within 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned product. In the event of exceeding this period for reasons beyond its control, force majeure, foreseeable and insurmountable fact, DESIGN BY RHINO cannot be prosecuted by the Customer. The Customer can check the tracking of their package on their Customer area.
In the event that the carrier suffers a significant delay beyond its control, DESIGN BY RHINO will make its best efforts to plan a new delivery at its expense.
In the event that the Customer's living conditions do not allow the carrier to carry out the delivery of the product, the delivery will not take place and will remain the responsibility of the Customer. Upon delivery of the product, the Customer must imperatively check the conformity of the goods and report any anomaly (damage, missing product compared to the delivery note, damaged package, broken products, etc.) on the delivery note presented by the carrier, in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by the Customer's signature. This verification is considered to have been carried out once the Customer, or a person authorized by them, has signed the delivery note.
10.4 Non-delivery
In the event of non-delivery of the package to the Customer, for example, a product delivered by Colissimo, Chronopost, or a carrier chosen on the DESIGN BY RHINO site and not delivered to the Customer will be subject to an investigation lasting 21 working days (2 months for international) from the date of opening of the investigation requested by DESIGN BY RHINO from its carrier.
The opening of the investigation takes place within 24 working hours following the Customer's notification to DESIGN BY RHINO of the non-receipt of the product.
If a package is announced as "delivered" on the carrier's site, the Customer will be asked for a letter of dispute as well as a front and back photocopy of their identity document for the opening of the investigation.
The documents must be sent within 7 days following the request (Postmark being proof). After this period, no opening of an investigation will be accepted.
If the product is found during the investigation period, it will be delivered to the Customer.
If the Product is not found at the end of the investigation, DESIGN BY RHINO:
- Ships a replacement Product at its expense if the Product is still available.
- Refunds the price of the Order lost by the Carrier or offers a credit note valid for the next purchase if the ordered Product(s) are no longer available. DESIGN BY RHINO will under no circumstances be able to proceed with the exchange or reimbursement of the product (or the order) before the expiration of the investigation period, and the Customer will not be able to take action against DESIGN BY RHINO.
In the case of a mandatory delivery date that was suggested by the Customer when placing their order, but not validated in writing by DESIGN BY RHINO for: a birthday or Christmas gift, a holiday departure, a wedding... The Customer may immediately terminate the contract when DESIGN BY RHINO does not execute its obligation to deliver the goods or provide the service on the date or at the expiration of the planned deadline. DESIGN BY RHINO will reimburse, at the latest within 14 days following the termination of the contract.
In the case of an order received by the Customer after the planned deadline, the return costs are their responsibility, the items must be returned intact and in their original packaging.
11. INVOICING
Invoices are written by DESIGN BY RHINO subject to errors.
The invoice lines, the recipient, the delivery address are taken from the elements that the Customer alone entered and validated when placing their order on the www.designbyrhino.fr site. The invoice will accompany the goods delivered to the Customer, and will be attached to one of the delivery packages. It is up to the Customer to collect the invoice upon receipt of their order. The invoice is sent in a single copy. No duplicate invoice will be sent to the Customer, unless explicitly agreed by the company DESIGN BY RHINO.
12. COMMERCIAL USE
The company DESIGN BY RHINO has no obligation to return intermediate results such as data, computer files, transfer or screen printing films, ... or any other tangible or intangible media that allowed the execution of the Customer's order.
DESIGN BY RHINO reserves the right, for any order made and delivered, to put images of the delivered products online on the www.designbyrhino.fr site. The Customer nevertheless has the possibility, without time limit, to request the removal of images of the products they ordered and received from the site. Their request must be made by registered mail to DESIGN BY RHINO's address.
In this case, DESIGN BY RHINO will have a period of 30 days to remove the images concerned from its site.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Site, the logos, texts, offers, graphics and any digital file made available to the Customer by DESIGN BY RHINO, in their current or future version (hereinafter the "Properties") belong exclusively to DESIGN BY RHINO and are protected under the latter's intellectual property rights. DESIGN BY RHINO grants the Customer, on a non-exclusive basis, the right to use the Properties to the extent necessary for the use of the Solution. The Customer is prohibited from copying, modifying, integrating the Properties on any medium whatsoever, from carrying out reverse engineering...
14. JURISDICTION
14.1 Disputes
Any dispute relating to the interpretation, execution or termination of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale between DESIGN BY RHINO and the Customer, even in the event of multiple defendants, falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of GRASSE in the district where the head office of the company DESIGN BY RHINO is located.
In the event that one of the provisions of the general conditions is considered illegal or unenforceable by a court decision, the other provisions of the said conditions will remain in force.
The provision that has become void must be replaced by legal regulation.
15.2 Responsibility
DESIGN BY RHINO's liability under the general conditions of sale cannot exceed a sum equal to the sums paid or payable during the transaction giving rise to the said liability, whatever the cause or form of the action concerned.
All rights for creative services performed at the request of the Customer such as graphic sketches, textual and image brands, layout of logos, ... remain the property of DESIGN BY RHINO.
DESIGN BY RHINO reserves the right, for any order made and delivered, to put images of the delivered products online on the www.designbyrhino.fr site. The Customer nevertheless has the possibility, without time limit, to request the removal of images of the products they ordered and received from the site.
