Withdrawal, Cancellation, Order Return

In accordance with the provisions of Article L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, any non-customized product may be returned to DESIGN BY RHINO under the right of withdrawal. The Client has a period of 14 calendar days (all days of the year are counted) to inform them of their wish to withdraw. The period runs from the day after receipt of the goods or, for services, from the conclusion of the order. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the next working day.

In accordance with the provisions of Article L221-28, 2° of the Consumer Code, in the context of subscribing to a service provision, the Client has a withdrawal period of 7 clear days, without penalty, but from the validation of the offer. Any right of withdrawal of the Buyer will be excluded from the moment the service provision work by DESIGN BY RHINO has begun with the Client's agreement.

In accordance with the provisions of Article L221-28, 3° of the Consumer Code, the personalization of products by DESIGN BY RHINO is analyzed as a supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, depriving the consumer of their right of withdrawal. DESIGN BY RHINO is an EIRL whose registered office is established at the manager's residence; the considered activity does not lead to receiving customers or goods. Design BY RHINO does not have any stock of personalized items. Items manufactured including markings, flocking, prints, or embroidery are considered personalized upon receipt of the Client order. Markings, flocking, prints, and embroidery on items are therefore carried out upon receipt of a single or grouped supplier order. Manufactured items are considered personalized and are therefore not subject to our return and exchange policy. By agreeing to the start of manufacturing, the Client acknowledges losing their right of withdrawal from the beginning of the execution of manufacturing.

In case of cancellation, the company DESIGN BY RHINO will be entitled to deduct from the reimbursement the fees related to the payment method charged by its bank, as well as the technical costs, mock-up costs, merchandise procurement costs, supplier return costs, etc., that it has incurred. The amount of these fees is then flat-rate counted at 20% of the Total amount of the order paid by the Client, excluding bank fees, and prior discounts or reduction codes linked to the item.

– The Client must verify the contractual conformity of the delivered merchandise, as well as the intermediate results, proofs, mock-ups, etc., that were sent to them for correction and validation.

The risk of any error falls to the Client from the moment they have validated the documents sent to them by the company DESIGN BY RHINO and/or the website www.designbyrhino.fr.

– In case of defects or flaws, the Client must prove their existence to make a declaration to the company DESIGN BY RHINO. The legal guarantee action for hidden defects must be exercised with DESIGN BY RHINO by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. This letter must be accompanied by supporting documents: delivery note, photo, etc. Once the hidden defect is demonstrated, the Client can obtain replacement or cancellation of the order, or a reduction in price if they wish to keep the goods. In case of return of the order, DESIGN BY RHINO covers standard shipping costs in the form of sending files so that the Client can print the prepaid shipping label necessary for the returned merchandise.

– Any return must be discussed beforehand with DESIGN BY RHINO. Any merchandise returned with postage due will not be accepted.

– The fact that one or more items of the merchandise show a defect does not authorize the Client to claim reimbursement for their entire order. In this case, the company DESIGN BY RHINO must offer replacement, or reimbursement of the defective items, or a price reduction if they wish to keep the goods.

- For a product designated as "personalized" or "Item manufactured, created, made to order," it is not subject to our return and exchange policy, nor to the right of withdrawal, in accordance with the provisions of Article L221-28, 3° of the Consumer Code.

In certain cases of "Items manufactured and made to order," DESIGN BY RHINO reserves the right and judgment to grant the Client its commercial guarantee, if the item can quickly find another buyer. DESIGN BY RHINO may authorize the exchange of the item, and the Client will bear the return costs and will be liable for a 20% restocking fee of the unit price of the item, excluding prior discounts and reduction codes linked to the item.

- For the return of a non-personalized product, the Client will bear the cost of returning the merchandise. The online buyer, like any VPC (Mail Order) consumer, has a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day after they take possession of the goods or accept the offer for a service, without justification or payment of penalties on their part.

Client Procedures and Duties in case of Withdrawal:

For non-personalized products, withdrawal must be notified within 14 days after receipt of the order.

The Client must communicate their decision in writing or by phone; their request must be confirmed by email to the following address: [email protected]. DESIGN BY RHINO must acknowledge receipt and validate the withdrawal request by return email to the Client before any product return.

The product must be returned within 14 days upon validation of the withdrawal request, preferably in its original packaging to preserve the product's integrity.

The Client must respect, as much as possible, the return procedures provided by DESIGN BY RHINO (obtaining a return number, choice of carrier, etc.)

Return costs are borne by the Client.

If the product's handling has not been limited to a simple trying on, as in a store, and it is returned damaged, the client must then compensate the merchant according to the depreciation set by the latter.

Client Legal Guarantee in case of Withdrawal:

According to the T&Cs, the Client is informed of their right of withdrawal for non-personalized products.

The Client's procedures and duties in case of withdrawal in these T&Cs serve as a withdrawal form.

In case of withdrawal, DESIGN BY RHINO must acknowledge receipt and validate the withdrawal request by return email to the Client before any product return.

DESIGN BY RHINO must reimburse the order in full (including standard shipping costs).

Reimbursement will be made within 14 days, upon receipt and verification of the returned product's perfect condition.

Reimbursement will be established according to the payment method previously used by the Client when placing their order.

Client Commercial Guarantee in case of Withdrawal, Return for Exchange:

If the Client does not wish to be reimbursed for their order, they can benefit from a credit note valid for their next purchase; this credit note will be generated and created in their client area or generated as a discount code for the amount of their initial order.

In the case of a return for exchange of a non-personalized product, the Client bears, in addition to the return costs, the shipping costs for sending the replaced item to the address of their initial order.

In the case of shipping costs for the replaced item, the Client has the option to take charge of printing the shipping label themselves and sending it to DESIGN BY RHINO as an attachment via email to the following address: [email protected]. Or to choose to order a shipping service for order replacement, which will be indicated to them by a supplementary order link.

- Sizes must be checked in the item description and attached documents.

If necessary, contact us before the order is manufactured, but in no case can DESIGN BY RHINO be held responsible for the Client's decisive choice.

Personalized items are not subject to our return and exchange policy.

Upon request when ordering, the Client may ask DESIGN BY RHINO to ship the item without its personalization and markings. This allows them to try on the item and return it for the validated personalization to be carried out. The Client can then validate the size that suits them.

A complementary order related to a second shipment must be paid by the Client before the item is sent for trial. The Client will bear the cost of returning the item for the markings to be applied.
